*Return and exchange policy*
At Excellence Bag, we are keen to fulfill your desires and that the product reaches you as you wish and according to the description in your mind and that it does not differ from what we describe our products with. However, if one of the following occurs, you have the right to return and exchange it for free:
1. There is a manufacturing defect.
2- Delivering a product other than the one ordered
3- The product did not match the description on our website.

*Terms of accepting the return of the product*
1- Keep the order number of the order to be returned or replaced.
2- Return the product in the same condition in which you received it.
3- Return or exchange is made within 7 days of the product’s arrival.

If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product after receiving the order, the customer pays the shipping cost of 30 riyals, and these amounts are deducted from the total value refunded to the customer.
After inspecting the returned product, you will be refunded its price minus the delivery fee.
If payment is made by credit card or Mada card, the amount will be refunded within approximately seven working days.
If payment is made upon receipt, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days.
